Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

My fiance was divorced in 2006. His ex did get the family home. The mortgage was of course in both of their names. She refuses to take his name off because she will then have to refinance. Is this something that was expected when the judgement was made for her to get the home or will we have to pay even more money to get his name off it. It's pretty confusing to me, she got the home to me that should be part of the responsibility that comes with that and it goes without saying, take his name off! How does this work?

If the decree ordered her to refinance and take his name off then she is in contempt. Your husband should file that motion.
