Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

How do i file a mistrial or emergency hold on judge ruling do to husband filing for custody for a child that is not his legally or biologicaly , dont even have his name and he filed and put his last name on her and the lawyer was incompotent and just sat there and said not one word during the whole proceedings ... He Just SAT THERE and wouldnt listen to anything he was told and let the children get taken away with no arguement .. what should i do
