Full custody battle over the kids
Two years ago I was granted a divorce and Joint custody and primary care over our two minor children. Now two years later my ex-wife is sueing me for full custody of my children. On the grounds of Modify degree of divorce. I was renting a house from a lawyer and one day he came bye and gave us thirty days to move. One month later she was sueing us and he was her lawyer. We had to come up wiht olot of money to move and now we don't have the money to hire a attorney. What should we do? I finally answerd the summons after the 20 days were up. I did not know that i could lose the children bye not reply. I didn't have a lawyer to type them up I did it my self. So how can I get a lawyer or how can I get the same lawyer I had when I owe him money from the divorce the first. Please help I don't want to loose my children, there all I have to live for.
