giving up guardianship

if a mother gives guardianship of her 7year old son to her father and has a document notorized saying she gives her son to him for 2 years but then decides she wants her child back after only three months . does she have the right to get him back? she lives in arkansas. her father lives in texas.

Not without filing a petition to terminate the temporary guardianship. Also, the court in Arknasas would have to find a material change in circumstances in order to terminate the guardianship.
