A good case
I had a child with a woman 8 years ago, have never seen the child untill day of the dna test. The mother has been arested atleast 5 times one for a pump and jump another for theft, moves from place to place, lies, has been married to 3 men at one time and is now married to 2. I have been married for 8 years, have 3 children, lived here for 14 years, have never been in any crimminal trouble,and my wife is with me all the way. Do you think I have a week case, strong case or no case at all? Please tell me what you think.

There is more to it than just that, but you have a better than no case. It all depends on present situation, who the judge is (Yup, different judges rule differently ... imagine that). You need to sit down with an Atty and discuss your situation face to face. a quick question or two on this web site will not get it.
