Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

Guardianship

What kind of forms and or information do I need to obtain legal guardianship or custody of a minor child? Child is not blood related but mother wants me to keep her, I have already had her for a few weeks now, mother is wanting to give her to me to keep. Please help.
