Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

A Home for my Children

My ex wife and our two children, along with two stepdaughters (4 kids) moved to Arkansas to live with her mother and father about 3 months ago and her parents have recently evicted her and the children from their home. At this time they are living with her sister and husband along with their 3 children.

My ex has not found a job and the children do not have a real home with their own bedrooms.

My question is, how long can she go living like this without finding a real home for the children. I acquired the house after the divorce and have a home for the children. What can I do?

Thank you.

You can go to the court and ask to modify the current arrangements.

You need to go back to the court that granted the divorce unless everyone has left that county.

Good luck!
