Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

My husband was court ordered to provide medical insurance if affordable. However we received a letter from Child Support mandating that he retain medical coverage for the children. Since he currently had a family plan through Federal Blue Cross/Blue Shield he went ahead and added them to the policy. However now, who is responsible for co-pays or other charges if the custodial parent takes the child to a doctor in or out of our insurance network?

That would normally be addressed in the decree or agreement and usually it is split between the parties.
