Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

I got interrogatories after my temporary custody hearing. The paper work says these should be filled out prior to the hearing. I thought it was odd that no questions were asked about the amount of money made and other such issues. Are these typically supposed to be filled out before the temporary hearing? Signing something that says it was before the hearing seems pretty wrong!

It means before the final hearing.
