Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas
Unfortunately I have kids by a married man whose wife is still in denial even though they are 6 now. Anyways, their dad has become sick and down and not able to care for himself. But before this when he was up and able he took very good care of the kids and also took it upon himself to sign them up to draw his social security which they have been drawing for 4 yrs now although they are not in his name he agreed that they were his and that he didnt need a blood test and signed the papers. Now that he's down and his wife has so called power of attorney over him she say can she go and have that taken away from them?

No. She would have the burden of proof if she ever got someone to listen to her.
