Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas
I want to move to another state, but I am afraid to because I have a child with someone in this state. I have Custody with his visitation can I do that and what would I do about the visitation?

Arkansas has a litmus test approach to relocation:
The reason for the move,
Its impact on the minor.
The availability of cultural and educational programs in the new city
The impact on the relationship with the NCP and other family members
Best interest of the minor
Some cases suggest there is presumption in favor of relocation, but most recent suggest application of the litmus test.
