Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

I moved to Arkansas from Indiana January 12, 2010. My ex-husband has custody, only because I missed my court date. I have not seen my son since I left because I have been unable to get back to Indiana. I was planning to finally take a bus up to see him and bring him back with me for the summer, but my ex-husband told me I couldn't have him. What can I do?
