Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

Moving to another state before adoption is complete

We are currently going through the adoption process on my two beautiful stepdaughters. The father wants to relinquish his rights as soon as possible. My question is that I have a family medical problem that needs to be tended to ASAP, and we are having to move to Texas immediately. How , if at all, will this effect the adoption process? Is it legal to go ahead and move in this time of emergency, and start the children in the Texas school system to insure that they meet the educational requirements. If there were any other way than to move I would have done it already. The father has no problem with the move. The petition has already been filed in my home county. The birth certificates and social security cards have already been surrendered and we are waiting on the court date and Judge to approve. I still have a P.O. Box in AR. will that suffice?
