moving out of town

i have joint custody with my ex mother in law but my kids live with me the custody papers state that we shall share liberal rights of visitation with the children there isn't ant thing in the papers about not being able to move out of town but i just wanted to be sure before i do. i do not want to leave the state just out of town can i move out of town with my children? i'm trying to buy a house there, the job oppertunities are so much better there. im not trying to stop her from seeing them i'm just trying to do better things for my children and myself but at the same time my 10 year old doesn't want to go to her house or have any thing to do with her do i have to force my child to spend time with this woman because of she has papers saying that we share custody

There shouldn't be an issue with you moving out of town. In order to reduce any conflict, you should discuss the issue with the other joint custodian and try to work out a visitation schedule that is agreeable to all.
