Paying Child support, But now have child
My Ex wife has phisical custody of our 12 yr. old child, She recently droped him off to live with My present wife and i because she could not handle him. I have been paying about $400.00 a month in child support but need to know how to stop paying being that he is living with me now and not his mother. And also would like to get her for child support.

You are obligated to pay child support until you get a court order eliminating your child support obligation and instead ordering your ex wife to pay child support to you. To get a court order you will either need to file a motion in court or your ex wife can agree (stipulate) and this stipulation can be submitted to the court and turned into a court order.

You need to either file a stipulation and order changing custody and child support or file a motion before the Family Court Judge to do those things.

You need to file a motion before the court to change the payments. You are going to have to make this motion in the state that has jurisdiction over this case. I see that you are asking about AR and NV law. The court that made the original ruling and where you are currently paying to would be the place to make that motion. There may be a different way of doing it in NV than AR, but you can contact an attorney to walk you through it or contact the Office of Child Support Enforcement to see if they will help.
