Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

there are two possibilities for paternity of my unborn child. My husband and another man. Does the husbands name automatically go on the birth certificate? can it be changed if he is not the father? And if so would the other man have to adopt his own child to get the name changed? We live in Arkansas.

Husbands automatically goes on bc. It can be changed. The other man can be recognized as father by consent or by judicial determination.
