Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

I have a question, I was divorced from my wife about 9 months ago and I was awarded full custody of our two children, we have talked about possibly getting remarried,am I able to get some sort of legal contract that ensures that I will still keep full custody of our children if she were to walk out again or we divorced again? my ex wife has made some pretty bad mistakes and I just want to ensure that my kids stay safe

The custody of the children is determined by the best interest of the child. The Court makes this determination.
