How can I get credit card collectors to reconize a divorce decree?

You cannot! Once obligated on a debt, always obligated. What you can do is to go back to court against the Ex and ask the judge to hold the Ex in contempt of Court for not paying as decreed. Until paid, the creditor can always come after you!
