Relinquishing parental rights

I would like to find out information on where to get and how to file papers, without hiring a lawyer, so that my ex-husband can give up his rights and my present husband can adopt my children. If any one can help please let me know. thanks.

Adoption is a very complicated legal matter and I doubt that you could complete a "step parent" adoption pro se (by youself)....
