right to representation at an emergency ex parte hearing

my ex husband took my year old daughter before a judge to testify against me without my knowledge. i had no knowledge of anything about a hearing or ex parte order. They ( the judge, my ex husband, ex father in law and my ex's attorney were the only ones present. she gave false testimonay and as a result, that smae day my children were taken from me.

i had no knowledge of these proceedings and my children had no legal representation isnt this againt the law or something

...you need to proceed back to Court to possibly change the custody
