Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas
Am I required to attend court for divorce?
My wife has filed for divorce. I don't want it, but since this is a no-fault divorce state, I have no basis to contest it as far as I can see. Her attorney sent me a proposed decree, but I did not sign it. So now we have a court date established. What are the implications of not showing up to court?

This is NOT a "no fault" divorce state unless you have been separated for 18 months. You should get an attorney and attend court to let the judge know your wishes.
