separations

Do I have to be separated from my husband to file for a divorce? He will not leave. He is a drunk, has no job or resources. How can I get him out of my house and my life?

Florida Law - You do not have to be separated before you can file for divorce. Any children? If so, then when you file for your divorce you can request exclusive use and possession of your home and if the Judge agrees then he would have to move out.
