Seperation/Divorce

I live in the state of AR. and have had the paperwork for Divorce done but not filed. AR law states that we must not occupy the same residence to file for divorce. How can i get him to leave the house?? i have 2 children and been the main financial supporter for the past 3 years. We have a mortgage in both names and he won't leave

Your assertion about the law is incorrect. You have an absolute right to represent yourself but unless you know what you are doing you are likely wasting your time and money (filing fee). I suggest you shop around your town and find an inexpensive attorney to represent you.
