splitting medical expenses

My husband pays child support and provides insurance for his son. His ex-wife is now wanting him to pay half of his sons prescriptions each time he has one filled. The divorce decree states that they must split any uncovered medical expenses. Does that mean, deductibles only or does it also mean prescriptions? Please help!!

That would depend on what the divorce decree says. It sounds like that is an uncovered medical expense. I may be wrong, but you would have to go back to the judge if you can't work it out between the 2 parties.
