Can a spouse sell/buy furnishings for a house if a final judgment is not rendere

My spouse is selling or getting rid of (joint owned and personal)furniture and purchasing new items and there has not been a judgment regarding our case. The issues of the case include property settlement and child custody. He has made changes to the 20 acres of property since the filing as well. Is this legal? Our final hearing was in Novemeber of 2002. In addition, the judge was taking all testimony 'under advisement' and was going to make a decision within a week. It will be 21 weeks this Wednesday. Is there anything I can do or is there any time restrictions for a decision? I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

You have a very specific situation on which I presume you have an Attorney. If not, then I suggest that you get an Attorney as rights are at stake here and time may be a factor.

Talk to your Attorney and follow the advice given.
