Support Question

If I have been seperated for since 1999 not legally and have 2 children that live with the Father but I have them 10 days out of a month should I be liable for back Child Support or be liable to pay Support ?

Until you get a legal separation or a divorce, no one is liable for child support. In either, I think that based on what you have said that the Court will order YOU to pay child support.
