Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

My wife and I filed our taxes using the joint status, but we are now seperated with no hope of reconciliation and we have not yet recieved our tax refund which is a sizeable amount. Do I have any legal rights to a portion of that return...especially since I was the only one that worked in the family? It was to be direct deposited into our account...which she has now taken my name off of.

IRS may not deposit unless both names are on the account. But yes, that is marital property subject to division by the Court.
