Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

Me and Wife split up in August 2006, she up and left me with the kids, she came and got them out of school one day out of the blue, so I filled for emergency custody order in Sept 2006 and it was granted, from this point until April 2009 I had the kids full time, in April of 2009 she started keeping the kids more, in Sept 2009 starting recieving child support from me through the courts, there has never been a devorce hearing nor a custody hearing, now she is not properly taking care of my kids, my daughter has had head lice for 2 years now, can I get my kids back?

If the last order entered gave you the kids, then you have legal custody.
