Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

wording in divorce decree

I received divorce papers today and the wording is very harsh. My husband had an affair and after two years of trying to work things out I left. He filed and the reason given is ''the defendant treated the plaintiff with such personal indignities, habitually and systemically pursed as to render the plaintiffs condition in life intolerable.'' Is this common language? He says the lawyer told him you cannot say ''Irreconcible differences'' anymore. He also has asked for everything except an inherintance I received from my parents this year. Is it worth me fighting him for $100,00 more I didn't get part of including the profits from a house being sold?
