My nephew still owes me 200.00 for a 800.00 car that he never had the title to. He sold the car out from under me and never paid me the money, but the title is still in my name. He called me one day and left a very vulgar message on my answering machine regarding the car and the money owed. A couple of days later his mother called and left another message stating that if I called her house anymore and left any messages for her son about anything that she would have me prosecuted. What exactly can I do that will not be considered harrasment? The mother also owes me 320.00 for a loan that she asked for to pay off her husbands tombstone. I have the reciept to show that I paid it off. They seem to have money for expensive haircuts, clothes, drugs and bars, but not to pay loans off.What can I do?? Thanks,

Take them to Small Claims Court in your County...
