Illegal Image Use!

Can my former employer use my picture in their ads without permission? There has never been any discussion, oral or written, that permits the use of my image, neither, while I was in their employ, and certainly not now, since I am no longer employed there . Can I sue?

Depending on the circumstances, I think you can prevent them from using your image.
