Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arkansas

My friend came here from Israel on a tourtist visa to attend my daughters baby shower and birth of my granddaughter. She was granted a stay until Feb 2012. She has become pregnant with my child since she's been here. I want to marry her and make the US her new home. What must I do.

Hi,

You can be married in the U.S., and your wife will be able to continue to remain legally in the U.S. if the sponsorship paperwork is properly filed: www.h1b1.com/Uscitizen.htm

You can call our immigration law firm at 212-268-3580 during business hours, or email [email protected] for guidance.

You'll want to file for her permanent residence via the adjustment of status process.
