im married to an abuser usa citizen my status is illegal we have a baby. What should i do to get my legal permanent residency?

You need to apply for I-360 under Violation Against Women Act. You need documentation on the abuse along with extensive declarations from friends and family members. Though I am in Los angeles, I can still help you to do the petition.
