Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arkansas
Married to an illegal immigrant from Mexico
I've been with my husband for 5 years and married for 2 and a half. We have two kids together, and he's about to be deported. Is there anything that I can do for him not to be sent back to Mexico?

Re: Married to an illegal immigrant from Mexico
It would depend on several factors: When and how did he enter the USA? Did he ever apply for any type of relief with the Immigration Service? If he has been continuously present in the USA for 10 years or more, he could be eligible for cancellation of removal, but again, we would need more facts regarding your husband's case to determine if he has any relief from deportation available. Please contact me if you wish to discuss the case further. Good luck!
