Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arkansas
My bathtub ran over and the carpet was damaged. AAA Insurance has sent me a check for the carpet. I am in Arkansas
The patched carpet will not match the adjoining bedroom carpet. Do I keep the check or refuse it. The current carpet in the bedroom and the bathroom is the same.

Who picked out the carpet? You should contact who put the "wrong" color in the room and see what they will do???
