Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arkansas
My boyfriend had his toe chopped off at work in march, now that all of his Dr appointments are over, the insurance company is asking how much he needs for "pain and suffering". What is a reasonable amount of money to ask for?

There are numerous factors that go into the amount of compensation owed in a case such as this. Pain & suffering is only one factor that should be considered. Other items like loss of earning capacity, future medical, etc. should also be considered. It would be wise to visit with someone familiar with injury cases for an evaluation of the claim. You only get one chance to recover all compensation owed to you. Feel free to call or email me for a no cost evaluation.
