Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arkansas
Claims rep.'s response to correspondence.
Is it a law in Arkansas that an insurance company must acknowledge our communications concerning our claims within a certain time frame (promptly?)?
We cannot get our claim rep. to return phone calls or answer letters.
Thank you!

Yes, an insurance company through its claims agents must process your claim in good faith. It should not delay or refuse to deal with you. There are ways legally to put pressure on them to act. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me, 901.527.5522 or [email protected]
