Do a ife have the right to file a law suite if she gets pain and suffering do to

My husband was in a car accident, he was hit frim behind. Whwn I learned of this accident I fainted, hit my head on a door, hurt my neck. I have been in all kind if pain since then.

also because of the accident our marrige has been going down hill. Because of his injuries he is mean, our sex life is almost none, and I have left him about a dozen times because his back and knee is always hurting at some point.

i am also seeing a doctor for my pain.

can i sue the insurance also, because I dont think I can keep living like this?

We live in Arkansas, I need some legal advice.

You have a claim for "loss of consortium." I do not know if Arkansas law allows recovery for that. Call a local lawyer who handles personal injury claims and find out.
