life insurance benifaciary
uncle died in ar 2007 life insurance policy out of calif .Benificarys my grandmother is dead does the proceeds go back into his estate?

It will depend on several things. First, what state was your grandmother in?
The language in the insurance policy is going to be the first thing to look to for where the money goes. It might have a 2nd beneficiary or say where the proceeds go if the original beneficiary predeceases the insured.
If not, it may go to your grandmother's estate, or to your uncle's estate. I would have to see what state they were all in, and the insurance policy.
