Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arkansas
Recently my vehicle was declared a total loss by my insurance company. They said they would pay N.A.D.A. value for the (model, make, mileage, etc.)car and credit for recent repairs. The settlement check I received did not reflect either of those conditions. Should I send the check back with a letter of explanation or wait for a response from the insurance company?
