Dec.25,2000 i was involed in a auto accident on I-30 in Ar. I was rear-ended by an 18-whlr, on ice going 25-30mph. No tickets were issued at the time of the accident, only info exchanged by the officer of all parties involed. At the time of the Accident I didn'thave any insurance on my 00'focus, we were hit by the trk. and spun off the road. Only property dam. of 2500.00 was done to my car. The Adjuster for the Trking company said ''We aren't going to pay for any damages to any parties, after our investgation we believe all parties were at fault.
