Legal Question in Insurance Law in Arkansas
Sueing my personal injury lawers
I hired a lawer to help me settle a personal injury claim. He took my case. He tole me much later that the firm he was with did not like handeling personal injury cases. he took another job and sent my files to another lawer, which I thought was in the same firm. He did not tell me I could find my own lawer, or disguest another lawer with me be fore he sent my files to another lawer. The other lawer sent me a form to sign. I did thinking I was dealing with the same firm. The lawer he sent my files to do not know anying about personal injury cases. It go so bad that my first lawer is helping him. I have been asking them to settle. They said the insurance ajuster will not return their call, mall and e-mail. They told me the insurance company did not have to pay me a dime. I lost a job,had to have knee surgery, losing my wife, having back problems and these are just a few.
Is there anything I can Do. I am standing with my hands up agaist the wall.My case has been doomed from the start. Its like switching back and forth from lawer to lawer.

As long as you are under contract with an attorney, another attorney is not able to give you advice on the case. Hopefully your attorneys will work it out for you.
