Legal Question in Employment Law in Arkansas
commision sales -employer not paying owed money
i was recently told my hours were increasing from 44 to 58 hours, i refused and was let go on the spot. i was on straight commisions with a draw towards monthly sales.i was let go on 11th of the month, and had a lot of product that shipped within that month.my employer only paid me for sales through that day i was let go.in the past a salesman who quit was paid for all his sales in the whole month.i never signed a handbook or never received anything explaining my employment.it is around 2500 dollars and i feel like my boss is trying to punish me for the way i left.--shouldnt i get paid if the last guy did--

Re: commision sales -employer not paying owed money
It is possible that you are due the money from the sales. I would need a few more details about the sales, firing, policies, etc.
