fired for characteristic
the secretary overpaid me 100 hours over time on my payroll check,i held onto it for two weeks then they asked for me to pay it back. i did then was terminated right afterwards, but the secretary is still employed.
i also was availible to recieve vacation pay and have been having trouble trying to get even that.
do i have a case or not,please respond!

It depends on what type of company you worked for and what type of employment contract or employee handbook you had. I would need to look at one of those to see your company's policy on firing employees.
You may need to just send a letter or have an attorney call or send a letter to see if they owe you the vacation pay and any other severance payments.
