fired wrongfully

Employer fires me over a positive drug test. Would not show me test results said it was not any concern of mine. Would not let me retest. Denied unemployment benefits due to test. Appeal unemployment denial. The decision is overturned in my favor. Due to the employer could not produce positive results at hearing. Also company didn't follow proper chain of command. Supervisor told employees and other people why I was fired. Can I take company to court for lost wages and deframation of character

It depends on why you were fired. Defamation depends on who the employer told and why. Defamation also requires damages. How were you hurt? Did you lose a job because of what the employer said? Other things. Depending on the answers to these questions and others, you could have a very good case.
