My wife works a state job. Her supervisor has two of her dauthers working in the same office. This supervisor control thier time. The treat ment to my wife is considerabliliy different. What action can we do?

You may want to call an attorney in Arkansas about Arkansas state law. Generally, there is nothing in federal law that prohibits nepotism. However, sometimes state law will prohibit that sort of conduct.
