Legal Question in Employment Law in Arkansas
I have spinabifida and i had to take a week off work, doctors orders, I was wondering if i can quit my job and get unemployment while i try for diablity.

In most states, if you have voluntarily quit your employment, you cannot draw unemployment compensation.
