terminated fm Maverick Trans after 6 mos. Was put on probation with co for accident(improper left turn causing prop dmg)I had 2 other minor incidens prior to that( all relating to manueveribilty of truck. This was all in 1st 3 mos. Nothing after that. I had min tech sch trng to get cdl. I had 2 wks classroom trng with Mav & 3 wk with a trainer. At no time did Mav physically train me in manuevering of truck; only verbal with no actual experience. After last incident I was put on probation. I acquited 2 more co points for a minor log book violation which caused them to terminate me. I do not feel I had adequate trng in manuevering of truck to be on my own at the time. Can I challenge the trng program to be reinstated or have their safety pts removed, be reinstated and/or allow me to resign with no record of termination?

It sounds like the ball was dropped by the maverick trainers. You could pursue under odot or declaratory judgment.
