Legal Question in Employment Law in Arkansas

workplace discrimation

I recently have obtained after 28 years of service a new hourly assignment that includes the title of team leader. The company also recently hired outside individuals called ''team leaders'' with college education that started at 2x as much as I make. There are very few differences in job responsibilities on both sides. Do I have a case?

Without knowing more about some of the details of your situation, it is impossible to tell if you have a legitimate claim. However, from what little you have described, a simple difference in education may be enough to justify a differing pay scale.
