wrongful termination

Will I be able to find an atty. to take this case? Was fired...co. put up video camera night before i was to work in this area by myself, was taken down next day & i was brought into office & fired next day & camera was taken down...i'm 57 yrs. old been with co. 4 yrs...reason they put camera up was to catch smokers...i do not smoke, camera showed smokers...i was the only one fired because they said i was not in view of camera painting...i was out of sight of camera helping co-worker up on a 10ft. ladder...this was the policy of the co...if a co-worker is in need of assistance, help him & that's what i was doing...i've been intimitated & harrassed trying to get me to quit...this is just a small sampling of what i have gone thru in the past 2 yrs...i know they have been out to fire me for turning them in for not taking proper safety measures with my co-workers & myself in dealing with asbestos. There have been numerous co-workers that will defend me if needed.
